Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our KES Manufacturing hub in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will oversee all maintenance activities to ensure the highest standards of Environment, Health & Safety (EHS), Quality, and Productivity while supporting reliable and efficient manufacturing operations.

What You Will Do

Oversee the maintenance of equipment and facilities, ensuring compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Champion a strong EHS culture by modeling safe behaviors, proactively identifying risks, and ensuring adherence to EHS policies and procedures.
Develop, implement, and sustain preventive maintenance programs that improve equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtime.
Implement and continuously improve maintenance systems and processes to optimize operational performance.
Plan and coordinate maintenance activities with production and other functions to minimize disruption to operations.
Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team to ensure timely, high-quality execution of maintenance activities.
Provide training and development opportunities to build technical capability, ownership, and accountability within the team.
Utilize the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) / ERP system effectively for maintenance planning, asset reliability, and resource management.
Collaborate with global and regional teams to leverage best practices and drive continuous improvement in maintenance performance.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a maintenance team to achieve high equipment reliability and safety standards.
Exposure to diagnosing and resolving complex electrical and mechanical issues in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Strong track record of improving maintenance processes and reducing downtime.
Exposure to ERP and/or EAM systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a crossfunctional organization.
