Penspen is urgently looking to hire Lead- Onshore Commissioning (Process & Utility) for one of our Offshore PMC projects in Abu Dhabi, UAE

Qualification Required

The candidates should have Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all precommissioning and commissioning activities for process and utility systems at the onshore yard or fabrication site prior to offshore installation
Develop systemwise and subsystemwise commissioning execution plans for process and utility systems.
prepare commissioning procedures, method statements, and checklists in line with project specifications and international standards
Review P&IDs, PFDs, cause & effect matrices, control narratives, and vendor documentation to define commissioning scope
Lead and supervise execution of precommissioning activities: flushing, cleaning, leak testing, drying, calibration, functional checks, and loop testing
Coordinate commissioning of process systems (separation, gas treatment, water injection, produced water, flare, utilities, etc.)
Act as the primary interface between engineering, construction, vendors, and offshore commissioning teams
Ensure all commissioning activities comply with project HSE standards and safe work practices
Lead a multidisciplinary commissioning team (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, process, utilities)

Experience Required

Minimum 15 TO 18+ years of experience in Oil & Gas commissioning, with at least 5 years in a lead role.
Strong knowledge of offshore process and utility systems.
Familiarity with international standards (API, ASME, IEC, ISO)
PMC experience will be preferred
Previous experience in the ADNOC projects in the similar role would be an added advantage
