We are looking for an experienced Trade Marketing & Merchandising Executive to ensure outstanding execution of merchandising standards, promotional activities, and in-store visibility across modern and traditional trade channels. This role plays a key part in monitoring market performance, gathering competitive intelligence, and supporting business growth through effective field execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Retail Execution & Merchandising

Conduct regular market visits to ensure compliance with merchandising and display standards.
Monitor planograms, product positioning, shelf availability, and stock levels across assigned outlets.
Ensure proper execution of promotional campaigns, pricing, and in-store communication materials.
Inspect and maintain Point of Sale Materials (POSM), display stands, and merchandising equipment.
Identify execution gaps and ensure timely corrective actions.

Sales Performance & Market Analysis

Monitor outlet and category-level sales performance.
Analyze sales trends and identify factors impacting business performance.
Recommend merchandising improvements and display optimization based on sales data.
Identify underperforming outlets and propose action plans to improve execution and sales.

Market Intelligence

Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, product launches, and merchandising activities.
Gather market insights and identify opportunities to strengthen in-store brand presence.
Share best practices and recommendations to improve retail execution.

Reporting & Cross-Functional Coordination

Prepare detailed field visit reports with findings, photographs, and recommendations.
Track corrective actions until full compliance is achieved.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Warehouse, and Merchandising teams to ensure successful execution of initiatives and new product launches.

Requirements & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Strong understanding of merchandising standards, planograms, POSM management, and retail execution.
Experience analyzing sales performance and market trends.
Excellent reporting, documentation, and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ERP/Merchandising applications.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently in a field-based role.
