Role Description This is a full-time on-site Telecaller role based in Mayur Vihar. The Telecaller will make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to explain Bandhu4U's financial services, answer basic questions, and schedule appointments or follow-up discussions for senior advisors. Daily tasks include maintaining call logs, updating customer information in the system, and ensuring timely follow-up with interested prospects. The role also involves providing clear information about trading, investment, insurance, and financial planning services, while maintaining a professional and courteous communication style. The Telecaller will work closely with the sales and advisory teams to support lead generation, client engagement, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong verbal communication skills, active listening abilities, and a clear, professional telephone manner.
Candidates should possess basic sales and customer service skills, including objection handling, relationship building, and client follow-up.
Candidates should possess fundamental knowledge or interest in financial products such as investments, trading, and insurance.
Candidates should possess basic computer literacy, including experience with call logs, spreadsheets, and CRM or customer databases.
Candidates should possess good time management, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Completion of secondary education; a diploma or degree in commerce, finance, or a related field is an advantage.
Prior telecalling , BPO, or customer contact center experience is preferred but not mandatory.
