About the Job

As an Associate – Guest Operations, you will deliver exceptional guest service and support the day-to-day operations of Roxy Cinemas to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.

Provide friendly and professional service to guests
Support front-of-house operations including ticketing, ushering, and guest assistance
Maintain crowd control and ensure a safe environment
Handle guest enquiries and resolve concerns effectively
Operate ticketing systems and manage cash transactions
Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards
Support promotions, events, and cinema activities
Follow company policies and health & safety procedures
Assist with stock handling and general operational duties
Contribute to achieving service standards and targets

About You

Essential

High School Certificate or equivalent
1–3 years of experience in customer service (hospitality, F&B, or entertainment preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused with a positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Desired

Experience in cinema, leisure, or entertainment industry
Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Vista)
Basic knowledge of food & beverage operations
Experience in handling cash transactions
Strong teamwork and adaptability skills
