We're Hiring: Estimator (Landscape & Swimming Pool)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Estimator to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in landscape and swimming pool projects, with strong quantity take-off and cost estimation skills.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate cost estimates for landscape and swimming pool projects.
Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Perform quantity take-offs and material calculations.
Prepare BOQs (Bills of Quantities) and cost breakdowns.
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations.
Assist in tender submissions and project pricing.
Support project teams with cost-related information and clarifications.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Fresh Graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
Knowledge of landscape and swimming pool construction works.
Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Good communication and organizational abilities.
