Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced, driven, and highly professional Sales Manager to lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive Dubai real estate market knowledge, and a proven ability to drive sales, build teams, and consistently achieve targets.

Key Requirements

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market.
Valid Dubai Driving Licence (Mandatory).
Proven experience in off-plan real estate sales with a strong understanding of the Dubai property market.
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, motivate, and develop a successful sales team.
Strong closing and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Self-driven, proactive, and capable of leading by example.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve individual and departmental sales targets.
Recruit, train, coach, and continuously develop sales consultants to build a high-performance culture.
Personally close high-value transactions and support the team in complex negotiations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers to secure the best inventory, pricing, payment plans, and exclusive opportunities.
Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and product training sessions.
Monitor team performance, ensure KPI achievement, and implement strategies to improve productivity and conversions.
Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, discipline, and customer service while representing Prowin Properties.
