Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced, driven, and highly professional Sales Manager to lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive Dubai real estate market knowledge, and a proven ability to drive sales, build teams, and consistently achieve targets.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market.
- Valid Dubai Driving Licence (Mandatory).
- Proven experience in off-plan real estate sales with a strong understanding of the Dubai property market.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, motivate, and develop a successful sales team.
- Strong closing and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of leading by example.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve individual and departmental sales targets.
- Recruit, train, coach, and continuously develop sales consultants to build a high-performance culture.
- Personally close high-value transactions and support the team in complex negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers to secure the best inventory, pricing, payment plans, and exclusive opportunities.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and product training sessions.
- Monitor team performance, ensure KPI achievement, and implement strategies to improve productivity and conversions.
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, discipline, and customer service while representing Prowin Properties.
