Job Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting operations including data entry, invoicing, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable, including preparing invoices, processing payments, and following up on outstanding balances.
Assist in GST submission and expenses claims
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, and supporting documents for accounting purposes.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of invoices, receipts, purchase orders, and other financial records.
Perform general administrative duties such as managing emails, answering phone calls scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
Assist in preparing quotations, purchase orders, and other administrative paperwork when required.
Ensure office records and company documents are organized and updated properly.
Support management with ad-hoc administrative and accounting tasks as assigned.
Manage auditors queries
Handle general office maintenance like copier, renew lift maintenance contract, aircon servicing, etc
