HR & Administration Manager – Cairo

Full-Time | Fully On-Site | Cairo, Egypt

We are looking for an experienced HR & Administration Manager to lead the HR function and oversee the day-to-day administration of our Cairo office within a multinational group.

This is a full-time, fully on-site position. Remote or hybrid working is not available.

The role is approximately 70% HR and 30% administration. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for HR operations, employee relations, compliance, and policy implementation, while also ensuring that the office remains professional, well-managed, and an attractive place to work.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

Lead end-to-end HR operations for the Cairo office, supporting IT, content, digital marketing, and other professional teams.
Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law, Social Insurance, and statutory requirements.
Implement and enforce group HR policies and governance standards.
Oversee recruitment, employment contracts, onboarding, probation, performance follow-up, and offboarding.
Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns.
Coordinate payroll, benefits, medical insurance, statutory deductions, and employee records.
Maintain accurate HR documentation suitable for audit and compliance reviews.
Manage and develop the local HR team.
Act as the main HR contact between the Cairo office and regional management outside Egypt.

Administration and Office Management

Oversee the administration team and the day-to-day operation of the Cairo office.
Ensure the office remains clean, safe, professional, well-equipped, and welcoming.
Maintain a high-quality workplace environment that supports employee productivity and engagement.
Oversee office services, maintenance, security, cleaning, supplies, hospitality, and other daily requirements.
Manage administrative vendors, service providers, contracts, and related expenses.
Resolve office-related issues promptly and ensure employees receive reliable administrative support.
Support management visits, office events, and other business requirements when needed.

What We Are Looking For

At least 7 years of HR and administration experience in Egypt.
Proven experience working within a multinational, international, or foreign-owned organization.
Strong hands-on HR operations and employee-relations experience.
Practical knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance.
Experience managing HR and administration teams.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and vendor-management skills.
Fluent Arabic and English communication.
A hands-on, accountable, and discreet management style.
