Anantara the Palm team members always find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their colleagues. Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:

Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, and profitability in line with Anantara standards.
Support the achievement of departmental financial objectives through effective budgeting, revenue generation, cost control, and productivity management.
Forecast business levels and plan staffing requirements to ensure efficient operations and optimal service delivery.
Partner with the Learning & Development team to identify training needs, deliver departmental training, and foster continuous learning and development.
Lead, coach, mentor, and develop managers, supervisors, and team members, promoting a high-performance culture and effective succession planning.
Ensure compliance with all brand standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation requirements.
Manage scheduling, attendance, and labour costs while maintaining appropriate staffing levels.
Oversee the maintenance and proper use of departmental assets, equipment, and facilities, coordinating preventative maintenance where required.
Promote guest loyalty programmes and ensure team members actively support brand initiatives to enhance the guest experience.
Foster strong collaboration and communication with all hotel departments, particularly Banqueting and Events, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Lead by example through a hands-on management style, creating a positive work environment and motivating the team to achieve operational excellence.
