PulseMediaNL is seeking a creative, analytical, and results-driven Remote Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns that strengthen brand awareness, drive audience engagement, and support business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multi-channel digital campaigns, creating compelling content, monitoring campaign performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives. Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels.
Plan and execute strategies to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing initiatives based on data and insights.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer behavior, and competitive opportunities.
Support the development of integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

Content Social Media

Create, edit, and publish engaging content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
Manage the company's social media presence and maintain a consistent brand voice.
Develop content calendars and coordinate marketing campaigns across digital channels.
Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce high-quality marketing materials.
Monitor audience engagement and respond to customer interactions when appropriate.

SEO Website Optimization

Optimize website content using SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings.
Conduct keyword research and implement on-page optimization strategies.
Monitor website performance using analytics tools and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with web development teams to enhance user experience and website functionality.

Email Marketing Campaign Management

Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns.
Segment audiences and personalize communications to improve engagement.
Monitor campaign metrics including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Maintain email marketing databases and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

Analytics Reporting

Track and analyze key marketing performance metrics.
Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and ROI.
Identify opportunities for optimization and recommend data-driven improvements.
Monitor digital marketing KPIs and provide actionable insights to management.

Collaboration Communication

Work closely with marketing, sales, and creative teams to execute campaigns.
Coordinate marketing initiatives across departments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or online campaign management.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and digital advertising.
Experience using marketing analytics and reporting tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
