Job Description:

Develop comprehensive, practical, and efficient content safety, compliance, and risk-control strategies based on the platform ecosystem and business needs.
Establish and maintain behavioral guidelines and safety boundaries for AI personas and generated content, and drive systematic policy updates.
Identify and analyze potential risks across different business scenarios; design and implement corresponding technical and policy solutions.
Partner closely with Product, ML/Algorithm, Engineering, and Operations teams to manage and deliver day-to-day and priority safety initiatives.
