What will you do

Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
Adapt global offer strategies, positioning, and messaging to regional market requirements.
Manage pricing and portfolio performance to drive growth, profitability, and market competitiveness.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive activities to identify new opportunities.
Partner with Sales, Channel Marketing, and Global Offer teams to support successful product launches and commercial execution.
Enable sales teams with product knowledge, value propositions, and customer-focused tools.

Product Lifecycle Management —Expert level; managing offers from launch through optimization and growth.
Pricing Management —Expert level; developing competitive pricing strategies that support growth and profitability.
Go-to-Market Strategy —Advanced level; executing regional launch plans aligned with global frameworks.
Demand Generation — advanced level; driving awareness and customer adoption through targeted regional initiatives.
Data-Driven Decision Making — intermediate level; leveraging market insights and analytics to guide business decisions.
Product Application — advanced level; translating technical capabilities into customer-focused value propositions.
Customer Segmentation — intermediate level; tailoring offers and messaging to regional customer needs.
Sales Enablement — intermediate level; equipping sales teams with the knowledge and tools to drive commercial success.

What qualifications will make you successful

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
7 to 10 years overall experience with at least 5 years in Product Marketing, Offer Management, Product Management, or Regional Marketing.
Experience working in a multinational, matrix organization is preferred.
Strong commercial, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) is an advantage.
Fluent in English; French is a plus.
Excellent presentation /persuasion skills
