Study tender documents including specifications, drawings, BOQs, and contract conditions.
Identify technical discrepancies and raise clarifications with clients or consultants.
Conduct site visits when necessary to assess project conditions.
Lead quantity take-offs, quantity validation, and cost estimation for electrical systems (LV/MV/HV).
Float RFQs to suppliers and subcontractors and analyze received quotations.
Coordinate with procurement to obtain competitive quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
Develop technical and commercial proposals in line with tender
