Sirene by Gaia is looking for an exceptional Guest Relations Manager to join our team and play a key role in creating memorable, seamless, and highly personalised guest experiences.

As Guest Relations Manager, you will be the face of Sirene by Gaia, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, recognised, and genuinely cared for from the moment they arrive until the moment they leave.

You will combine warm and intuitive hospitality with strong operational awareness, building meaningful relationships with guests while ensuring the highest standards of service are consistently delivered.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the guest relations function and ensure a warm, personalised, and seamless guest experience throughout every visit.
Welcome and engage guests with confidence, warmth, and genuine hospitality.
Build strong relationships with regular, VIP, and high-profile guests, remembering preferences and anticipating their needs.
Act as a key point of contact for guest requests, feedback, special occasions, and service recovery.
Work closely with the reservations, restaurant, bar, events, and operations teams to ensure a smooth guest journey.
Maintain strong awareness of daily reservations, VIP bookings, special requests, celebrations, and operational requirements.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience and create memorable moments.
Handle guest feedback and concerns professionally, calmly, and efficiently, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
Maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences to support personalised service and encourage repeat visits.
Support the management team in maintaining high standards of service, presentation, and hospitality across the venue.
Develop strong relationships with key guests, local influencers, hospitality professionals, and relevant networks.
Assist with special events, launches, VIP evenings, and other key occasions.
Coach and support front-of-house team members on guest engagement and service standards.
Represent the Sirene by Gaia brand with professionalism, discretion, warmth, and attention to detail at all times.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience in guest relations, luxury hospitality, fine dining, lifestyle, or a similar guest-facing role.
Previous experience in a Guest Relations Manager, Guest Experience Manager, Host Manager, or similar position is preferred.
Strong understanding of luxury hospitality and elevated guest service.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to connect with different personalities.
Warm, polished, confident, and highly personable.
Strong attention to detail and an intuitive approach to guest needs.
Excellent problem-solving and service recovery skills.
Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.
Well connected within Dubai's hospitality, lifestyle, and social scene is an advantage.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Professional appearance and excellent personal presentation.
Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
Previous UAE/Dubai hospitality experience is highly desirable.
