Key responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end delivery of hyperscale and mission-critical data centre developments.
Oversee project planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover.
Manage project budgets, schedules, commercial risks and contract administration.
Provide technical oversight across MEP, civil and structural disciplines.
Lead contractors, consultants and key stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Establish project governance, delivery standards and best practices.

Role requirements

Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
Minimum 15 years of project or construction management experience, including significant exposure to data centre or mission-critical facilities.
Proven track record delivering large-scale greenfield or expansion projects from inception to completion.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, commissioning, contract management and project controls.
Experience working with EPC contractors, consultants and multinational stakeholders.
PMP, Chartered Engineer or other relevant professional certifications will be an advantage.
