Role Mission

Build the commercial engine behind HerWallet Cash by identifying, negotiating, onboarding, and growing strategic merchants and partners that deliver real value to women across every stage of life.

You will help create Egypt's strongest women-focused digital commerce and services network.

Key Responsibilities

Merchant Acquisition

Build and manage a high-quality merchant pipeline.

Acquire merchants across all HerWallet Cash verticals.

Present HerWallet Cash's value proposition to business owners.

Negotiate commercial agreements, commissions, offers, and exclusive deals.

Drive merchant onboarding until activation.

Strategic Partnerships

Develop partnerships with:

Banks & Financial Institutions

Payment Providers & Fintechs

Beauty & Wellness Brands

Women's Healthcare Providers

Pharmacies

Hospitals & Clinics

Motherhood & Baby Brands

Bridal Services

Fashion & Accessories

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.

5–8+ years in Business Development, Merchant Acquisition, Partnerships, Marketplace Growth, Fintech, E-commerce, Retail, or Lifestyle sectors.

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Experience closing commercial agreements.

Existing network across retail, healthcare, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries is a plus.

Startup or marketplace experience is highly preferred.
