Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

We are seeking a highly motivated Tax Consultant with 1-2 years of post-qualification experience. The person will be responsible for navigating complex Indian corporate tax frameworks, international treaty interpretations, delivering high-impact compliance and advisory solutions in a dynamic Big 4 environment. Key Responsibilities
Oversee the preparation and filing of corporate tax returns, advance tax, and manage current and deferred tax provision calculations.
Assist in advising clients on routine as well critical tax positions, withholding tax implications and supervise preparation and filing of withholding tax compliance
Analyze and interpret Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements (DTAAs), Multi-Lateral Instruments (MLI), and coordinate on withholding tax compliance (Form 15CA/CB).
Draft submissions, advisory memo, appeals, and responses to notices for assessment and appellate proceedings before Indian tax authorities (including CIT(A) and ITAT).
Conduct deep technical research into evolving domestic tax Act, judicial precedents, and regulatory developments. Requirements & Qualifications
