Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management
Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients.
Understand client business objectives and align IT solutions accordingly.

Account Management
Manage assigned accounts and oversee the full account lifecycle.

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
Sales Strategy Development
Develop and execute account growth strategies aligned with company objectives.

Client Satisfaction & Issue Resolution
Serve as the primary point of contact for key client communications.

Required Experience

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field.
4-6 years of experience in IT sales (Hardware and Software), account management, or technology solutions sales.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of IT solutions, systems integration, or enterprise technology services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience working with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
