Role: Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Al Tamimi & Company are seeking a highly analytical and commercially driven Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join our Group Finance team based in Sharjah.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified finance professional with strong business acumen, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to translate financial data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making.

This position plays a pivotal role in leading FP&A activities across the MENA region, working closely with senior stakeholders to drive financial discipline, planning, and performance improvement.

Requirements:

Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent)
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Minimum 5 years experience in a similar FP&A role, ideally within a professional services environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
Experience in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting
Proficiency in financial systems and ERP tools
Experience using Power BI
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of accounting principles and IFRS standards
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a collaborative approach

Duties & Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor the FP&A team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and performance
Partner with Finance leadership to develop short, medium, and long-term financial plans
Prepare and analyse monthly management reports, including billing, collections, and cash flow
Monitor financial performance, analyse variances, and highlight risks and opportunities
Develop financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and investment decisions
Prepare business cases to support strategic initiatives and investments
Deliver competitor analysis, market insights, and performance commentary
Support KPI development, scorecards, and performance tracking tools
Utilise Power BI to generate actionable insights and reporting dashboards
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reporting in line with firm policies and standards
Support ad hoc analysis and participate in special projects
