We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Specialist – Assistant Administrator to support our daily administrative and operational activities. Position Summary

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist – Assistant Administrator, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company data while providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You will work closely with various departments, helping to organize information, prepare documents, manage records, and support internal processes.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, dependable, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Data Entry

Accurately enter, update, and verify data into company databases, spreadsheets, and management systems.
Review data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency before submission.
Correct errors and resolve discrepancies by communicating with relevant team members.
Maintain electronic records and ensure data is properly organized and securely stored.
Perform regular data audits to ensure database integrity.

Administrative Support

Provide administrative assistance to managers and team members.
Prepare, organize, and maintain digital files, reports, and documentation.
Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate appointments when required.
Assist with document preparation, formatting, and proofreading.
Support onboarding and general administrative processes.

Record Management

Maintain confidential employee, client, and company records.
Organize digital filing systems for efficient access and retrieval.
Ensure compliance with company policies regarding data security and confidentiality.
Archive outdated records in accordance with company procedures.

Communication Coordination

Respond professionally to internal administrative requests.
Collaborate with different departments to collect and verify information.
Provide timely updates regarding assigned tasks and ongoing projects.
Assist with internal communications and operational coordination.

Reporting Quality Assurance

Generate reports from databases and spreadsheets as requested.
Monitor data accuracy and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is an advantage).
Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or office administration preferred.
