About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Officer to support the smooth and efficient execution of daily operational activities. The role will be responsible for processing transactions, reviewing customer documentation, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with branches and internal departments to ensure operational requests are completed accurately and on time.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Execute daily operational activities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Review and verify customer documents and transaction data for accuracy and completeness.
Process operational transactions and maintain accurate records within the company's systems.
Coordinate with branches and internal departments to ensure timely completion of operational requests.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and company standards.
Monitor pending transactions and follow up on outstanding operational requests.
Identify discrepancies, errors, or incomplete documentation and take appropriate corrective action.
Maintain organized and up-to-date operational records and documentation.
Prepare operational reports and provide accurate information to management when required.
Support the implementation and improvement of operational processes and procedures.
Handle operational inquiries and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Ensure all sensitive customer and company information is handled with confidentiality.
Perform any other duties assigned by the direct manager within the scope of the role.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in operations, banking, financial services, customer service, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with multiple departments and stakeholders.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in banking, financial services, fintech, or a similar regulated environment.
Familiarity with operational systems, transaction processing, and document verification.
Knowledge of internal controls and regulatory compliance requirements.
Experience working with CRM, ERP, or banking systems.
