Job Purpose: -

Lead the delivery and operational excellence of Security Operations Center (SOC) and Information Security Services, ensuring service quality, customer satisfaction, compliance, and continuous improvement. Manage people, processes, technologies, and stakeholder relationships to ensure effective cybersecurity monitoring, incident response, governance, risk management, and security service delivery.

Key Responsibilities: -

Own end-to-end delivery of SOC and Information Security services across customer environments.
Ensure services are delivered in accordance with SLAs, KPIs, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
Act as the primary escalation point for critical service, security, and operational issues.
Conduct regular service reviews and provide operational reports to customers and management.
Drive service improvement initiatives and operational maturity programs.
Manage service risks, resource planning, capacity management, and operational readiness.

SOC Management:

Oversee 24x7 SOC monitoring, detection, incident response, and threat management activities.
Ensure effective management of security incidents, escalations, investigations, and recovery activities with internal teams and vendors.
Monitor SOC performance metrics and ensure adherence to incident response timelines.
Lead cyber incident drills, tabletop exercises, and lessons-learned reviews.
Ensure knowledge management processes are maintained for threats, incidents, and use cases.
Continuously evaluate and optimize SOC processes, tools, and technologies
Knowledge of Cyber Threat Intelligence, Endpoint Protection, Security Orchestration, and Automation technologies.

Skills/Certifications (Technical & Non-Technical)

ISC2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and/or
ITIL Six Sigma
PMP
ISO 27001 Lead Implementor and Lead Auditor
CISM
Fluent in English and Arabic Languages

Education & Work Experience: -

8+ years of experience in Information Security and Cyber Security.
5+ years of experience managing SOC and Security Operations teams.
Experience managing enterprise security services and customer-facing delivery functions.
Strong exposure to SIEM, SOAR, Threat Intelligence, Incident Response, and Security Governance
A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (Any area).
