Position: EnterTrade Product/Project Manager (Account Manager)

About the Role

We are looking for a Product/Project Manager to own the EnterTrade B2B product line end-to-end, acting as the central coordination point between our IT and Sales departments and as the main point of contact for clients after sales. This is a hands-on, Dubai-based role for someone comfortable managing technical requirements, client relationships and day-to-day communication across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate between IT and Sales departments to ensure smooth handoff and alignment of client needs

• Process and translate technical requirements between internal departments and clients

• Manage and maintain communication via Telegram/Discord channels with clients and partners

• Work with the Validator system as part of the client onboarding/verification workflow

• Manage clients post-sale, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing satisfaction

• Coordinate with clients and the Support team to resolve issues and maintain service continuity

• Act as the liaison ensuring technical and business requirements are correctly understood and delivered on both sides

Requirements

• Proven experience in Project/Product/Account Management, ideally within fintech, trading or B2B SaaS environments

• Strong understanding of technical requirement gathering and cross-department coordination

• Comfortable working with Telegram/Discord as primary client communication channels

• Strong organizational and communication skills — able to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities

• Client-facing experience, including post-sale account management

• Based on or willing to relocate to Dubai

• Excellent written and spoken English

Nice to Have

• Experience in Forex, CFD, or financial services

• Familiarity with B2B trading platforms, white-label solutions, or similar validator/verification systems

• Additional languages are an advantage
