Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned IT staffing clients.
Understand client hiring requirements, workforce plans, and timelines.
Partner with recruitment teams to deliver qualified IT candidates across contract and permanent roles.
Manage end-to-end client engagement including requirement intake, candidate submissions, interviews, and closures.
