Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Visual Art Director to lead the visual identity and creative direction of the brand across all platforms. The role focuses on translating brand strategy into powerful visual storytelling while ensuring consistency, innovation, and high-quality execution across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Define and own the overall visual direction of the brand across digital, print, social media, campaigns, and advertising.
Develop creative concepts, visual systems, and brand aesthetics aligned with business and marketing goals.
Lead and supervise the design team, ensuring creative excellence and consistency.
Review, guide, and approve all visual outputs including branding, campaigns, ads, social content, presentations, and marketing materials.
Collaborate closely with marketing, content, performance, and product teams to bring creative ideas to life.
Ensure all visual communications follow brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual language.
Present creative concepts and visual strategies to stakeholders and senior management.
Manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Stay updated on design trends, visual storytelling techniques, and creative technologies.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in visual design, branding, or creative roles, with proven art direction experience.
Strong portfolio demonstrating visual leadership, branding, and campaign work.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and relevant design tools.
Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and composition.
Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with a strong creative eye and attention to detail.
Ability to balance creativity with business objectives.
