Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Dubai. The Real Estate Agent will manage the full sales and leasing cycle, including prospecting clients, conducting property viewings, and advising on suitable residential and commercial options. The role involves preparing and presenting property listings, supporting negotiations, and guiding clients through contracts and regulatory requirements. The Real Estate Agent will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation, maintain up-to-date market knowledge, and provide high-quality client service. Qualifications

Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing, preferably in the Dubai or broader UAE market.
Strong client relationship management skills, including the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored property solutions.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with confidence in presenting properties and closing deals.
Solid understanding of local real estate regulations, market trends, and property valuation principles.
