The Opportunity

We're looking for a Senior Structural Engineer with solid experience in high-rise concrete structures to join our Structure Department.

WhatYou'll Do

Prepare structural drawings and identify discrepancies, proposing effective solutions in coordination with the architecture and electromechanical teams.
Supervise and monitor subcontractors work progress, productivity, and quality of materials used.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers.
Ensure strict adherence to HSE regulations and promote a culture of safety across all project sites.
Coordination with client on weekly base to align on progress and receive requests and modifications
Prepare and submit technical and progress reports to management.

WhatYou Bring

Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
8-10 years of experience in structural construction, preferably in high-rise buildings.
Strong understanding of American standards (ACI 318, ASCE 7).
Proficiency in Revit, SAP, ETABS, and SAFE.
Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
A results-driven mindset with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
