A Bell Attendant at Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre, a Forbes Five-Star luxury hotel, creates exceptional first and lasting impressions by delivering warm, personalised, and seamless arrival and departure experiences. As a key ambassador of the hotel, this role provides attentive assistance with luggage, guest requests, and wayfinding while embodying the True Waldorf Service philosophy and ensuring every interaction reflects the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

Responsibilities

As a Bell Attendant, you are responsible for supporting guests throughout their stay by delivering professional, efficient, and personalised service from arrival through departure. Working closely with the Front Office team and other hotel departments, you will ensure a seamless guest journey while upholding Waldorf Astoria brand standards and Forbes Five-Star service excellence. Specifically, you will be responsible for:

Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and provide a gracious farewell upon departure.
Assist with the handling, storage, and timely delivery of guest luggage and personal belongings.
Escort guests to their rooms and provide a professional orientation of the hotel's facilities and in-room amenities.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest enquiries and requests, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
Deliver guest mail, messages, parcels, and other items accurately and efficiently.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel facilities, services, promotions, VIP arrivals, and daily events.
Provide accurate information and recommendations on local attractions, transportation, and points of interest.
Maintain the cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas.
Ensure the safe handling and secure storage of guest belongings.
Collaborate effectively with the Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, Security, and other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
Operate Front Office equipment and systems in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
Uphold True Waldorf Service, Forbes Five-Star standards, and all hotel health, safety, and security procedures at all times.

Impeccable grooming and professional presentation in line with Forbes Five-Star luxury standards.
Ability to anticipate guest needs and build positive guest relationships.
Knowledge of True Waldorf Service and Forbes Five-Star service standards.
Ability to work collaboratively with Team Members across all hotel departments.

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

Previous experience as a Bell Attendant, Door Attendant, or Concierge within a luxury hotel.
Previous experience in a Forbes Five-Star luxury hotel environment.
Good knowledge of Dubai, including local attractions, business districts, and transportation networks.
