Role Overview

Join our passionate team in The Chedi Hegra as an F&B Supervisor, where you will play a pivotal role in leading food and beverage operations in a dynamic ONSITE hospitality environment. You will ensure high standards of service, maximize guest satisfaction, and oversee daily team management to deliver an exceptional dining experience within our unique destination.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily F&B operations, ensuring efficient workflow and service standards are consistently achieved.
Lead, motivate, and train F&B staff, fostering a positive and professional working environment.
Monitor guest satisfaction, resolve issues promptly, and anticipate guest needs.
Ensure hygiene and quality standards are maintained according to brand and regulatory requirements.
Assist in menu planning, inventory control, and stock management.
Generate reports related to sales, staff performance, and guest feedback for management review.
Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure seamless cooperation and smooth service delivery.
Support opening and closing procedures for F&B outlets.

Must have requirements

Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in food & beverage operations within upscale or luxury hospitality environments.
Proven leadership, team management, and delegation skills.
Strong understanding of F&B service standards, guest service excellence, and quality control.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities (English proficiency required).
Hands-on approach and ability to work ONSITE with flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Working knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene procedures relevant to F&B operations.

Nice to have requirements

Certificate or diploma in hospitality management or related field.
Previous experience in a luxury or resort hotel setting.
Familiarity with POS systems and F&B management software.
Multilingual communication skills, especially Arabic.
First Aid or Food Safety certification.
