Own the business architecture from customer and business model through products, Sales & Order Management, activation and customer service. Explicitly test and operationalize the hypothesis that repeatable elements of Hyperscale project business can be progressively standardized into configurable products and services - without forcing genuinely bespoke project scope into a false standard model.
