Key Responsibilities

Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
Lead, motivate, and develop the front-of-house team.
Deliver exceptional guest experiences in line with TAPASAKE's luxury service standards.
Ensure smooth coordination between the restaurant, bar, and kitchen teams.
Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
Monitor service standards, grooming, and operational procedures.
Support scheduling, staffing, and labour productivity.
Drive food and beverage revenue through upselling and guest engagement.
Assist with inventory control and operational cost management.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Ideal Candidate

Minimum 4 years experience in luxury hospitality.
At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
Experience in high-volume lifestyle restaurants, beach clubs, or luxury dining concepts.
Strong leadership and coaching skills.
Excellent communication and guest engagement abilities.
Commercially aware with experience driving revenue.
Passion for luxury hospitality and exceptional service.
