Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an International Customer Support Representative (English Speaker) based in Cairo, Egypt. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing clear and professional communication, and performing troubleshooting to resolve technical issues efficiently. The role requires maintaining a high level of service quality while adhering to company standards and policies.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service to address and resolve customer needs effectively.
Strong focus on ensuring Customer Satisfaction and delivering excellent service.
Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with diverse clients and handle inquiries clearly and professionally.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Fluency in English is mandatory; additional language skills are a plus.
Prior experience in a similar customer support role is preferred.
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet performance targets.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
