Key Responsibilities

Wholeheartedly embraces the Vibe at FIVE, consistently Exceeding Guest Expectations with a passionate commitment.
Coordinates and supervises the Daily Operations of the Concierge Team, cultivating a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance Work Environment.
Provides visionary leadership in Developing and Implementing cutting-edge Concierge Programmes.
Conducts Training Sessions for the Concierge Team, ensuring they adhere to the highest Service Standards.
Devises Innovative Strategies to grow Transportation Revenue and add a touch of luxury to the service offered.
Engages closely with Guests, offering Personalised Recommendations for Local Attractions, Dining, and Entertainment.
Initiates Proactive and Engaging Conversations, extending assistance, and curating hand-crafted experiences that leave a lasting impression.
Promptly Manages and Resolves Guest Inquiries and Concerns, ensuring seamless and positive interactions.
Delivers Exceptional Concierge Services, personalising each Guest's experience to their Unique Preferences.
Collaborates with Local Vendors and Partners to secure Exclusive, Bespoke Offerings, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the surrounding area.
Implements and Upholds Stringent Security and Confidentiality Protocols in handling guest information and requests.
Stays Abreast of Industry Trends, identifying opportunities to take FIVE's sensational Concierge Services to the Next Level.
