This role is responsible for participating in developing financial models, forecasting business performance and helping in analysis and various reports across all business units.

Participate in preparation of the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
Participate in development and maintenance of financial models for each business line.
Financial reporting, including monthly variance analysis against budget and forecast, and preparation of presentations.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of activities.
Financial Planning & Analysis: Participate in the comprehensive annual budget and multi-year planning cycles. This includes collaborating with departments to define financial targets and operational plans, ensuring alignment with overall company goals. Managing forecasts, analyzing business drivers to project future performance accurately.
Financial Modeling Reporting: Participate in design, build, and maintenance of robust financial models that accurately reflect the unique revenue and cost structures of each business line.
Oversee the preparation of detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including in-depth variance analysis. These reports will be used to communicate performance to senior management and the board.
Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes and reporting through automation and the implementation of best practices. Work to enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and clarity of financial data and insights to support a faster, more agile decision- making culture.

Qualification Requirements

Education Requirements: Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Work Experience: 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis. Experience within the technology sector, particularly with SaaS, cloud services, or IT consulting business models, is highly preferred.
Certification/License: CMA, CFA, or similar professional certification is a plus.
Language Skills: Fluency in both Arabic and English
