We are seeking a Director of Marketing Operations to lead the performance of our marketing delivery system.

You will oversee how marketing work moves across advertising, SEO and GEO, digital PR, social media, content, analytics, reporting, and related campaign functions. Your responsibility is to ensure that strategies are translated into clear execution plans, specialists work toward shared outcomes, and campaigns are delivered accurately, efficiently, and with measurable impact.

This role is not about tracking activity for its own sake. You will examine whether the work being produced is generating meaningful results, identify why campaigns or workflows are underperforming, and ensure that teams respond appropriately.

You will improve the systems behind delivery, including planning, handoffs, quality assurance, reporting, accountability, and performance review, including through the extensive use of AI. You will also help department managers and specialists operate at a higher level by providing clearer priorities, stronger processes, and informed operational direction.

Requirement

Strong candidates typically:

. Have 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, agency delivery, digital marketing leadership, or a related role

. Have coordinated or led multidisciplinary marketing teams

. Have a strong AI workflow already in place

. Understand how different marketing channels contribute to client outcomes

. Can translate strategy into practical execution plans and measurable expectations

. Are comfortable reviewing performance data and challenging unsupported conclusions

. Can distinguish between strategy, execution, workflow, and staffing problems

. Know how to improve accountability without micromanaging specialists

. Communicate clearly and professionally in fluent English

. Are calm, direct, constructive, and solution-oriented

. Take ownership of results without requiring constant supervision

Job Responsibilities

. Translating marketing strategies into clear execution plans, priorities, responsibilities, and performance targets

. Coordinating execution across advertising, SEO/GEO, PR, social media, content, and analytics teams

. Monitoring campaign performance, deadlines, deliverable quality, and client outcomes

. Identifying why campaigns or workflows are underperforming

. Ensuring teams take appropriate action when results are weak

. Improving processes, checklists, handoffs, QA standards, and reporting systems

. Reducing delays, mistakes, and avoidable rework

. Guiding channel leads, project managers, and specialists to improve execution, accountability, and response to weak results

. Escalating staffing, capacity, or structural problems that affect marketing performance

. Using AI and automation to improve monitoring, reporting, and workflow efficiency
