Role Summary

As Lead Product Designer for Botim For Business, you will partner closely with the Vertical head to define the design vision for the B2B vertical and translate it into distinctive, trusted customer experiences.

This is a senior individual-contributor role, not a people-management position. You will be the design anchor for Botim For Business—shaping the direction of the overall experience, personally leading important 0-to-1 product bets and raising the quality and coherence of products already in market.

Your role will go beyond executing defined requirements. You will help identify opportunities, frame customer problems, test propositions and influence what we build, why it matters and what the experience should become.

We are looking for a hands-on design strategist and builder who has shipped real B2B financial or payments products. You understand how to turn complex infrastructure, regulatory requirements and operational processes into experiences that feel simple, transparent and trustworthy.

Responsibilities

Partner with Product Executives to define and evolve the design vision for Botim For Business.
Translate business and product strategy into clear experience principles, priorities and product direction.
Create a coherent end-to-end vision that makes different B2B products feel like one trusted experience.
Bring customer insight, design thinking and experience quality into strategic product decisions.
Help determine where design can create meaningful customer and commercial advantage.
Lead high-priority 0-to-1 bets from opportunity discovery and proposition development through validation, launch and iteration.
Work with Product and business leadership to identify unmet customer needs and evaluate new opportunities.
Frame ambiguous problems, develop hypotheses and use research, prototyping and data to reduce uncertainty.
Explore and test multiple propositions before converging on the strongest customer and commercial opportunity.
Define the experience for new products without relying on fully formed requirements.
Improve critical journeys across onboarding, verification, transactions, account management, reporting and servicing.
Identify fragmentation and remove friction across products already in market.
Use customer insight, product data and operational feedback to prioritize improvements.
Turn complex financial and operational processes into experiences that are simple, transparent and actionable.
Establish measures for customer experience quality and drive continuous improvement.
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations and Commercial teams.
Build alignment around customer problems, strategic opportunities and complex product trade-offs.
Influence senior stakeholders through strong judgment, evidence, storytelling and clarity.
Champion the customer while balancing commercial, regulatory, technical and operational requirements.

Requirements

8–10+ years of product design experience.
Strong experience in B2B across payments, fintech, banking, or another regulated financial environment.
Experience contributing to design vision, product strategy and proposition development—not only design execution.
Demonstrated success across both ambiguous 0-to-1 initiatives and scaled products already in market.
Significant experience in payments, fintech, banking or another regulated digital environment.
Hands-on experience shipping B2B, merchant or financial products used by real customers.
Strong understanding of transactional journeys, customer trust, risk, fees, reliability and operational complexity.
Experience partnering with Product Executives and influencing senior cross-functional stakeholders.
Excellent interaction design, systems thinking, facilitation and product judgment.
A hypothesis-driven, customer-centred and data-literate approach.
A strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, craft quality and measurable product impact.
