This is a full-time, on-site role for a Receptionist at Pet Planet Veterinary Clinic, Dubai. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling incoming and outgoing calls, scheduling appointments, responding to client inquiries, processing payments and invoices, and providing exceptional customer service to clients and their pets.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in Dubai, preferably in a veterinary, medical, aesthetic, or healthcare clinic.
Customer service is the main priority — candidates must have excellent client-handling skills and a warm, professional, and confident approach.
Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written, with strong phone etiquette and professional communication.
Russian-Turkish-Filipino-speaking candidates are highly preferred.
Strong organizational and administrative skills, including appointment scheduling, record management, invoicing, payments, and routine front-desk operations.
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced clinic environment.
Professional, presentable, patient, and empathetic when dealing with clients and their pets.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as scheduled.

Key Responsibilities

Answer clients questions about clinic services through phone, WhatsApp, email, or in person, and provide accurate information in a professional manner.
Welcome walk-in clients and their pets, understand their requirements, and schedule appointments based on availability.
Manage incoming and outgoing calls, appointment confirmations, reminders, and client follow-ups.
Process invoices, payments, refunds, and other front-desk transactions accurately.
Assist with account invoices and inventory management preparation.
Promote and sell pet food, veterinary diets, and pet accessories available at the clinic.
Guide clients to the consultation room and ensure all required forms and documents are completed and signed upon arrival.
Inform clients about new services, packages, promotions, and discounts.
Coordinate effectively with veterinarians, nurses, groomers, and other clinic staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area and ensure a positive experience for every client.
Handle client concerns professionally and escalate medical or service-related matters to the appropriate team member when required.
Maintain accurate client and pet records and support general administrative duties.
