About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and organised and customer-focused Receptionist cum Admin Assistant to support the daily administrative and front office operations of a near Beauty World (DTL) MRT. You will work closely with the Vice Principal, Administration Managers/Executives and School Leaders to ensure smooth school operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the reception counter and handle phone calls, enquiries and visitors promptly.
Filing and mailing of letters.
Attend deliveries, including ensuring all items received are properly documented and promptly directed to the relevant parties.
Support sick bay operations and provide basic first aid to students when required.
Handle lost and found items.
Handle students leaving school early.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the reception and sick bay areas.
Ensure sick bay is well-stocked and properly maintained at all times.
Assist in packing and relocation preparations.
Perform other administrative or operational duties as assigned by the school.

Job Requirements

Qualification

GCE N Level or equivalent

Skills:

At least 2 years of relevant experience in reception or general administration.
A team player with good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
Microsoft office skills
Pleasant, approachable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior work experience in a school environment, particularly in a primary school, is an advantage.
Knowledge of basic first aid is an advantage.

Employment Details

Contract Period: From 1 September 2026 to 31 August 2027.

Working Hours:

Mondays to Fridays: 7:00am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break.

(The school will decide the working hours according to school needs)

Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
