Noorka Logistics is seeking a proactive and organized Logistics Executive to join its operations team in Dubai. This position is ideal for a logistics professional with strong coordination, planning, and communication skills who can manage shipments, transportation schedules, delivery activities, and logistics documentation efficiently. The successful candidate will contribute to smooth supply chain operations and ensure timely movement of goods while maintaining excellent service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily logistics, shipment, transportation, and delivery activities.
Plan and monitor shipment schedules to ensure timely movement of goods.
Coordinate with drivers, warehouse teams, suppliers, customers, and transport partners.
Track shipments and provide regular status updates to customers and management.
Prepare and maintain delivery notes, invoices, shipping documents, and logistics records.
Verify shipment quantities, delivery details, and supporting documentation.
Coordinate loading, unloading, collection, and delivery operations.
Monitor delivery delays, shipment discrepancies, and transportation issues and arrange suitable solutions.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, vehicle movements, delivery schedules, and logistics activities.
Assist in monitoring transportation costs and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
Ensure logistics activities follow company procedures and applicable UAE regulations.
Prepare logistics reports and provide updates to management.
Support inventory and warehouse teams when coordination is required.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or supply chain operations.
Good knowledge of shipment coordination, transportation procedures, and logistics documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and logistics or ERP software.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict delivery deadlines.
Knowledge of Dubai routes and UAE logistics procedures is an advantage.
