Role Description The Sales Advisor (Broker) will work on-site in District 5, New Cairo, in a full-time capacity, guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, and renting properties. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property tours, and presenting suitable real estate options based on client needs and budgets. The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the District 5 and New Cairo real estate markets, preparing and reviewing property documentation, and coordinating with property owners and developers. The Sales Advisor will manage negotiations, follow up with clients, and ensure a smooth closing process while adhering to company policies and legal requirements. The role also requires accurate record-keeping in CRM systems and active collaboration with internal teams to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a real estate sales advisor or broker, preferably with strong knowledge of District 5 and New Cairo markets.
Demonstrated ability in client relationship management, including needs assessment, follow-up, and after-sales support.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and build trust.
Basic proficiency in using CRM tools, office software, and digital platforms for property listings and client tracking.
Fluency in English and Arabic is highly beneficial, with clear, professional verbal and written communication.
Ability to work on-site full time, manage multiple clients and properties, and meet sales targets under time pressure.
Knowledge of local real estate regulations, contracts, and documentation processes; prior brokerage certification or license is a strong advantage.
High ethical standards, integrity, and a customer-focused mindset; bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
