The Role

We are looking for experienced Off-Plan Property Consultants with a solid track record in Dubai's real estate market. This role is ideal for agents who already understand the off-plan landscape and are ready to scale their earnings with access to top-tier projects, strong lead support, and a results-focused culture.

You will manage your own client portfolio, drive off-plan sales, and deliver a premium, consultative experience aligned with Novara's standards.

Key Responsibilities

Sell premium off-plan projects from leading Dubai developers
Manage and convert qualified leads from company platforms, referrals, and personal networks
Advise investors and end-users on project selection, payment plans, ROI, and market trends
Stay up to date with upcoming launches, developer incentives, and off-plan opportunities
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through professional follow-ups
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Ensure full compliance with RERA regulations and company processes
Coordinate with marketing and admin teams to maximize deal flow and efficiency

Requirements

1–2+ years of UAE real estate experience (off-plan experience is mandatory)
Proven history of closed off-plan transactions
Strong negotiation, sales, and client management skills
Highly motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in a performance-based environment
Experience using CRM systems and online property portals
RERA certification is an advantage
Immediate availability preferred
