Our client is an established main contractor with a strong portfolio of large-scale infrastructure and mixed development projects in Singapore. They are looking for an experienced Senior M&E Manager / M&E Project Manager to lead M&E construction activities and coordinate with key project stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and manage all M&E construction activities on site, reporting directly to the Project Manager.
Oversee M&E works, site coordination, progress, quality and workmanship.
Coordinate closely with M&E consultants, engineers, subcontractors and project stakeholders.
Liaise with clients, consultants and relevant statutory authorities on technical and submission matters.
Review design deliverables, drawings and technical submissions to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Resolve technical issues, RFIs and design clarifications to minimise delays to construction progress.
Develop and review method statements and provide technical solutions where required.
Monitor compliance with authority requirements, approved designs and project specifications.
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth integration of M&E works with overall project delivery.

REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years of relevant M&E experience in infrastructure, LTA, mixed development or large-scale building projects.
Proven experience managing M&E works from design coordination through construction and completion.
Strong knowledge of M&E systems, construction coordination and statutory requirements.
Experience working with consultants, contractors, clients and authorities.
Strong leadership, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently while leading and collaborating with multidisciplinary project teams.

OTHER INFORMATION:

Location: Central
Working hours: 5.5 Days
Salary: up to S$11,000 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
