We are hiring an experienced Creative Strategist to lead creative direction and execution for a fast growing DTC functional brand operating across the GCC.

As a Creative Strategist, your primary focus will be leading creative strategy across Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok to drive profitable business growth. You will identify winning angles, build direct response ad concepts, write scripts, and oversee the execution of static and video assets.

You will combine consumer psychology with modern artificial intelligence tools to ideate, produce, test, and iterate high performing media content faster.

Lead overall creative strategy across Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok to drive growth.

Research competitors, consumer insights, and emerging market trends to discover winning opportunities.

Develop ad angles, hooks, scripts, briefs, and concepts for static ads, video ads, expert led content, and creator asset.

Own the weekly creative testing pipeline by generating and refining new messaging formats .

Manage and guide internal graphic design and video editing talent to ensure high quality outputs.

Partner with media buyers to analyse performance data and determine what to scale or refine.

Track key metrics including Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CTR, CPA, and ROAS contribution.

Utilise AI production tools to accelerate daily ideation and creative workflows.

Build scalable systems and standard operating procedures to support expanding brand footprint in the UAE and KSA.

Proven track record as a Creative Strategist for DTC e-commerce brands.

Deep operational knowledge of Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok advertising ecosystems.

Fluency in written and spoken Arabic is essential for targeting the GCC consumer base

Strong understanding of consumer psychology and regional buying behaviour in the GCC region.

Hands on experience using AI tools for content ideation and rapid testing.

Strong background creating both video and static ad concepts with a direct response mindset.

Prior experience in beauty, wellness, supplements, or consumer retail products is preferred.
