Delivery & Planning: Drive team commitments, sprint planning, and capacity to consistently deliver high-quality, on-time solutions.

Operational Excellence: Enforce engineering discipline, process adherence, and track key operational KPIs (e.g., deployment frequency, code quality, lead time).

Blocker Removal: Leverage your hands-on background to step into code or architecture to troubleshoot complex technical roadblocks, integration issues, and deployment bottlenecks.

Organizational & Stakeholder Alignment

Resource Optimization: Optimize utilization of cloud infrastructure, software tools, and organization assets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, cybersecurity, product managers, and internal stakeholders to align engineering efforts with project goals.
