Our M&A Tax team supports clients through complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, cross‑border deals and corporate restructurings, combining strong tax expertise with a practical, commercial mindset. The team works closely with senior stakeholders on high‑impact projects and offers opportunities to lead engagements and contribute to regional initiatives

The successful candidate will be :

Advising clients on projects such as mergers and acquisitions, cross border transactions, corporate restructuring, initial public offerings, tax due diligence, tax rulings, tax incentives and tax risk management
Providing clients with tax efficient solutions which take into consideration sound knowledge of our clients businesses
Providing assistance and coordination for regional and/or global projects in various industries

The ideal candidate should:

Possess2–5 years of relevant working experience in Singapore Corporate Tax and/or international corporate tax, with exposure to tax consulting environments
Exposure to M&A tax engagements and Singapore / international tax advisory work would be an advantage, but not mandatory
Possess a University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Law, or a related discipline; SCTP accreditation would be an added advantage
Demonstrate strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team and interact professionally with clients
Be motivated, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn, with a commitment to delivering high‑quality solutions for clients across a range of industries
