Responsibilities

1. Drive bilibili's brand awareness and user growth across international markets, strengthening the brand's presence and influence in key overseas regions.

2. Manage and grow bilibili's overseas social media channels, developing and executing user acquisition, engagement, and content distribution strategies.

3. Plan and execute GTM marketing campaigns, collaborating with media partners, creators, and external stakeholders to amplify brand visibility and impact.

4. Monitor market trends, user feedback, and competitor activities across global markets, providing actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies.

5. Leverage data analysis to continuously improve key performance metrics, including traffic growth, user acquisition and conversion, engagement, and creator performance.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 1–3 years of experience in overseas marketing, brand marketing, user growth, community operations, or related fields.

2. Fluent in both Chinese and English, with the ability to use both languages professionally in daily work; proficiency in additional languages, especially Japanese, is a strong plus.

3. Strong understanding of major global social media platforms and content ecosystems, with hands-on experience in content marketing, social media operations, or growth marketing.

4. Deep interest in and understanding of the ACG (Anime, Comics, Games), content community, short-form drama, or streaming industries; familiarity with major OTT platforms and content distribution ecosystems is preferred.

5. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and optimize key business metrics through data insights.

6. Experience in international markets such as Japan, Southeast Asia, or North America, and/or an established network of KOLs, media partners, or content creators is highly preferred.

7. Passion for the content and entertainment industry, with a strong awareness of global youth culture, digital trends, and evolving content consumption behaviors.
