Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt for C1 English Speakers Call Centre Agents working rotational night and overnight shifts. The agent will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information in clear, fluent English. Daily tasks include resolving issues, documenting interactions in the system, following scripts and guidelines, and escalating complex cases when needed. Agents will collaborate with team leaders and colleagues to meet performance targets, maintain high customer satisfaction, and adhere to company policies and quality standards. The role also involves continuous learning about client products or services to ensure effective and efficient support.
Qualifications

Strong verbal and written English communication skills at C1 level, with clear pronunciation and professional tone.
Customer service and call handling skills, including active listening, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
Basic computer proficiency, including typing, navigating CRM or call center software, and using email and chat tools.
Ability to work rotational night and overnight shifts and maintain performance and reliability during late hours.
High level of professionalism, patience, and resilience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry and call documentation skills.
Previous call center or customer support experience is an advantage but not always required.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in communications, business, or related fields is a plus.
Willingness to participate in training, follow established procedures, and adapt to feedback and performance metrics.
