Overview Of The Role:

The Mobility Lead for Large Corporates & Enterprise Fleets is tasked with setting and executing a robust B2B sales strategy that encompasses the commercial strategy and execution of all corporate sales activities. The role's primary purpose is to drive sustainable revenue growth, market penetration, and enhance customer lifetime value across a complex portfolio of Financial Service, Rental Leasing products, and other vehicle assets. The role involves building and maintaining strategic relationships with key corporate and enterprise customers, developing high-performing sales teams, and leading the design of sector-focused go-to-market plans. Success in this role is measured by achieving sales targets, optimizing sales pipelines, and ensuring operational excellence from prospecting through delivery and aftersales.

What You Will Do:

Leadership & Strategy

Develop and execute the B2B sales strategy across categories such as CV, LCV, Truck, Bus, and Industrial Equipment.
Design an optimal, sector-based, and product vertical-oriented sales structure and embed the hunter-farmer methodology across the team.
Lead, coach, and performance-manage Business Development Managers and Key Account Managers to exceed revenue and profit targets.
Build annual sales plans, quotas, reporting cadence, and forecasting discipline.

Business Development & Market Penetration

Identify growth sectors such as construction, logistics, FMCG, oil & gas, government, and contracting to design targeted acquisition strategies.
Establish senior-level relationships with C-suite and procurement decision-makers across the UAE.
Drive large-tender participation and negotiate strategic corporate contracts.

Pipeline Performance & Governance

Oversee the full sales funnel from lead generation to closing and handover.
Ensure CRM accuracy, pipeline quality, and adherence to sales governance.
Monitor win/loss ratios, pricing discipline, and deal profitability.

Account Management & Customer Experience

Ensure smooth transition from Business Development Managers to Key Account Managers after acquisition.
Oversee key account plans, cross-sell strategies, and retention programs.
Resolve escalations and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements, delivery timelines, and operational execution.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Finance, Operations, Collections, and Marketing to align pricing, delivery, risk management, and market communication.
Collaborate with Marketing to build B2B brand presence and sector-specific campaigns.
Support Collections on overdue accounts and implement proactive credit-risk measures.

Reporting & Performance Insights

Present monthly and quarterly business performance to senior management.
Drive data-led decisions using industry trends, conversion metrics, market intelligence, and customer insights.

Strong commercial acumen with a comprehensive understanding of leasing, asset lifecycle, pricing, and risk.
Expertise in enterprise-level negotiation skills and extensive sector knowledge including logistics, contracting, industrial, government, and FMCG.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional collaboration, enforce operational excellence, and secure large contracts.
